Robert was busy with another job until noon, and Steve committed to being on-site within the hour. He took digital pictures of the situation (missing shingles, loose ridge vent, and improperly installed chimney flashing) and provided a detailed price proposal. He divided the work and price between what was required to correct the leak and what should be done to prevent future issues. On the same day, he checked my townhouse and provided pictures of the roof and the work that needs to be done.   After discussing what needs to be done, I agreed to get the work done and they did  the work on same day although it was raining that day.   On Monday, 11/16, Steven also provided the pictures of the roof after the work has been completed.  I appreciate the honest assessment of the repairs, the ability to communicate via email (providing details of the repairs and pictures) and the best is the repair done so fast.
