We were waiting to hand over the key to get the work done, ended up leaving key under the mat. Didn't perform the service because check was not in front of her. Inspite of assurance that I can't leave work at the moment and will come iduring lunch hour and hand over the check.  She said that was okay but when called during lunch hour to make sure still at home , call was returned at 3:00PM. <br />Was never informed that payment is required before services are performed when making appointment. Highly disappointed, no one should higher.
