The representative arrived on time and went straight to work to track down the problem. Very professional - and was able to repair the furnace quickly. He did not try to sell me a new furnace, but evaluated my present furnace's condition and gave me some excellent advice and very competitive pricing. I will recommend Imperial to anyone who has heating and cooling needs. In an industry where honesty and reliability are not always easy to find, the folks at Imperial were a great blessing when my furnace died and it was only 9 degrees.

Was the only contractor to take really check the furance unit and identified additional issues. Was able to replace and repair the unit. Everyone else wanted to sell us a new unit.

We called and they came out the next day. They were fast, efficient, and didn't make empty promises or overcharge us. We will call them again if we ever need service on our air conditioning.
