What is the "total cost" and am I paying a fair price? With Payman I got a fair price and the bid did not change over time. As a matter of fact, Payman did a few other things in my home that I was not charged for. <br />2. Will the crew show-up on time and get the job done quickly? Payman and his crew were always on time and they focused on home, so the job was done in a few days. <br />3. Will the contractor take care of my home and is he detailed?
