Project: Repair Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
The contractor failed to show up for four appointments and has not returned to repair the flaws in the work. He gouged the brand new tub spout. He cracked one of the tile by the faucet. He did not remove fixtures resulting in gaps in the shower between the grout and the fixture that water can get in to. Within a week, grout had washed out of the areas that water him. The grout in areas that do not get wet look good, although I do not know how long it will last. He did not contain the dust from the grout removal, resulting in dust throughout the house that took more time to clean than the hours he spent on the job.

This customer inspected the work done in his bathroom said he was happy and paid with a check the balance.

I really like JC's work. He is professional, courteous and does a wonderful job. My husband and I hired him to do multiple things around the house; hang shutters, paint, install doors and such. Whatever we needed done, he did well and at a reasonable price. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Project: Hire a Handyman
When he was done installing the kitchen faucet, I saw that the handles turned in reverse mode (towards the wall, not towards the sink), which is WRONG. He assured me quoting 'I assure you 100% that it is correctly installed; I have installed hundreds of faucets like this'. I had to go to the store where I bought the faucet, took pictures of the display showing the correct way of how the handles turn, sent them to him and requested to fix it.He made a mess with my water main and still have issues with water. The lock he installed on the door fell in 2 days because it was not properly installed. He refused to inspect what was wrong and fix it.

Impeccable Improvements did an impeccable job from start to finish. They returned the call promptly and courteously and gave me a work date the same week. They were a pleasure to work with and the work was done very well. I'd recommend them to anybody - they do great work and are a pleasure to work with!
