As a result, we are able to offer our customers qualified, experienced and knowledgable service advice and trade skills. In addition, our staff continually attends industry-related classes, seminars and trade shows. We are licensed, bonded and fully insured throughout the state of Florida. In addition, we are a Member of the Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce as well as members of the Better Business Bureau. Ierna's Heating & Cooling is also active members of the Student of the Month program, local charity events and the Land O Lakes Honorary Mayor Campaign. Ierna's Heating & Cooling offers free estimates and free second opinions. Our staff is qualified and licensed to perform service on all makes and Models whether it's residential, commercial or new construction.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone I've had contact with in this company. The A/C is brand new so I can't rate the actual unit yet, but I am more than satisfied with every aspect of my dealings with this company so far. The guys who installed the unit were very polite, clean, helpful and just nice people. Derek in particular worked in seriously adverse conditions without complaining and maintained his pleasant manner throughout. Great guys!

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
Saleman had poor communication skills. Owner intervened and satisfied customer needs for specific information. Workers installing unit were timely, polite and clean. Price was very competitive and affordable. After a few bumps the overall experience was very good.

They came on time and took only 3 1/2 hours to remove the old unit and set up the new unit. Very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work.

Ierna's Air was the ONLY company we'd talked to who was not trying to give us - what I can only describe as - an "old-fashioned door-to-door salesman" sales pitch. These other a/c co.'s just seem to want to wear you down with questionnaires and technical jargon to make you feel like you need their product. Well, Iernal's Heating & Cooling company was NOT like the others. They LISTENED to our needs (instead of telling us what they were), showed us our options very simply, and began work the next day. They were very courteous and thorough. When a problem arose, they listened, explained the solution, and were back immediately at no charge!

The men that installed the unit were polite, hardworking and wonderful. They knew what they were doing and stayed until late to finish the job. Overall, we were very very pleased with the service, the response, and the unit.
