Came out very quickly to assist with a pool inspection. Great guy and look forward to having him keep updating and assisting with my pool.

I am satisfied with the resurfacing work. But when the job was done and he was paid is where the problem began. We have a salt system and had to wait to add salt for a few weeks. We were leaving to go out of town when this was suppose to happen so I called him to let him know. We decided I would bring in a water sample and add chemicals to the pool before I left and he would be adding the salt early the following week. Well that didn't happen. When we were returning home we received a call from my son that our pool was very green. They went out and had to purchase $50 worth of chemicals to add. I called Bill twice and left messages both times

Bill and his entire crew were very friendly and helpful. Bill made some recommendations that we had not considered which made the whole project better than we anticipated. They also came in for thousands less than any other bid we receieved. The site was left neat and clean and we were able to swim in the pool the next weekend. We will call Bill first for any future pool remodeling projects

They showed up on time and completed the job on schedule. The finished product was everything we expected.

The only problem was that the plaster crew forgot to clean out the spa drain prior to filling to pool, but Bill's guys fixed it, and even dove to the bottom of the pool to inspect the main drain. Great job.

Mr. Roach did not supervise the pool work well. When I told him the pool resurfacing was irregular and bad he became irated and replied in a loud voice; He insisted that if it was irregular they would do the repairs underwater after the pool was filled with water again which I know it was imposible to do. He left the pool motor running for eight to ten days for 24 hours per day. He did not make any efforts to tell me anything about adding 20 bags of salt to the pool which was needed. I have to contact another service to add the salt to the pool and of course make the extra payment. He told me one price initially and inflated it twice later.

This is not true, We have done hundreds of replasters and it is a trowel surface. Its turned out looking great, This person was looking to repair other items for free and we did repair electrical that was not part of the job. And he was still not happy because he wanted free work performed. After every thing he said he ask us to bid decking work. We wish him well!

I would recommend Ideal Pool Services to anyone. Bill Roach and the crew of Ideal Pool Services were very professional. At the onset of our project we told Bill what we wanted to accomplish. He explained to us what he could do for us in a manner we could understand. He provided us w/ a detailed itemized list of the work to be done in a work proposal. Then his crew showed up when they were suposed to and did QUALITY work in a timely fashion for what I believe to be a fair price. Professional, quality work at a fair price. I ask for nothing more.
