Awesome experience! They came out after I made a stupid mistake and drilled right into the main water line for my house. I jumped on service magic and they were the first to call me, and thank god they did! Within 2 hours Ideal Plumbing was at my house and fixed my plumbing. Not only did they save my pocket book, they also saved me from getting yelled at by the wife for not having water in the house! 5 star service for sure! :)

They were the first to contact me and Greg worked with me around my crazy schedule. The price was much better than I thought. Greg was on time and called before he showed up. I will call them again if I have a problem.

Dave from Ideal Plumbing was extremely generous with his time. The faucet that we had purchased was missing several parts, which meant that Dave had to wait while I went back and forth to the store. Dave, however, didn't charge us extra even though it took quite a bit of extra time.
