Project: Repair a Metal Roof
Steve is the best! He is prompt, extremely courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. Steve came over the day after I called him to see what was happening to our roof. He explained why the screws were backing out of our metal roof, the process to fix this now and the long term prognosis. The proposal was in my hands within 24 hours of his visit and he started the project that same week. He is one of the most hard working individuals I have ever met. I can't say enough good things about Steve and Ideal Home Services!!! Call him first if you need work done at your house.

Steve came out to give me a bid and was prompt, knowldgeable, informative, had great prices, and was able to fix my shingles in less than an hour that very same day! He is easy to get a hold of and really on top of things. Thanks so much Steve!

Very timely. He says he'll be there at 10, he's there at 10 exactly. He was a real trooper continuing to work even after a nest of bees had been found within the attic.

Steve is the professional your looking for if you need roofing repair or in my case a total replacement. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and the price was right. We are very pleased with the finished product and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a competitive and competent roofer. Iam glad that I called ideal home sevices, when I talked to steven he told me what he thought, the problem, was He gave the time, that he would arrive, at my house. When he arrived and saw the problem, he straight to work on it, very nice man, I will always he from know on. I would recommend him to all my freinds. Great job, and great human being, very nice.

I would highly recommend Ideal Home Services, they did a terrific job for a reasonable price and after my experience with other roofers it was a true delight to know that there is a company out there that knows what customer service is.
