We had an Outstanding Experience with IWD Services and Owner Darrell Green. Super Friendly, Funny and just a great person to do business with. His estimated job time was double what he said it would be and required two trips instead of one trip. He had said that my walls would be completely smooth and ready to paint. Instead, I got mostly smooth, but not finished as I had expected and then was told I would need to prime, which he had said he would do. If I had done the job as a "do it yourselfer" it was acceptable, not so, as I considered him to be a pro in his field.

This was one customer that wanted alot for a little . Once we started the job there was four layer of wallpaper backing. Which the client was not prepared to pay for. IWD takes PRIDE in what we do , so we've learned that we must cover all aspects of the job to make sure we exceed our clients needs.

I had an awful experience with a guy I had hired to drywall my basement. He did an dreadful job. I got Darrell under contract to fix the first guy's terrible job. He removed and rehung some drywall, replace corner bead, fixed all seams, and got the whole basement ready to prime and paint! The price was fair and he finished it within my requested time line. He was very professional, communicated well, and was punctual. Can't ask for anything more! I would highly recommend Darrel to a friend.

Mr. Green called me within an hour of my request on Servicemagic. He adjusted his schedule to come out and give me a quote, he was very knowledgable and very personable. He showed up on time and completed the job quickly. It looks great! I will use IWD again.

I was very impressed with Darryl at IWD from the start. I placed my request on Servicemagic at 10pm on a weeknight. By the following morning at 9am, he had called me to schedule the estimate. He was prompt, detail-oriented, and very thorough throughout the process of working with us on our ceiling repair. I was very impressed that he wore shoe protectors on his feet when he came into our house and he cleaned up after himself once his work was completed (including vacuuming his workspace). The day after he completed the job, I noticed an area that needed a little more attention and he came out quickly to address my concerns. Super Job!!!
