Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Our kitchen is a beautiful, working kitchen. Tim was great at connecting us to suppliers (tile/granite). No remodel is without difficulty, but Tim fixed problems in a timely matter. We are very pleased.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
We completely renovated our kitchen and family room. Tim took the job from concept to design to completion. The end result is over 1000 sq feet of beautiful living space. Tim was sure that we were pleased with his work every step of the way.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
We came into this project expecting to replace cabinets. After meeting Tim and seeing his vision for our kitchen and possibly the whole first floor of my home, we decided to skimp. After getting started and working with his outstanding qualified teams of carpenters and painters and watching only part of his design take shape, it made us pause and look for ways to increase our budget and meet the total vision. This included raised panel moldings, paint color changes, custom bar, and kitchen. We are happy we could pull it all off, and highly reccomend IQ builders for quality and design above any other contractor we interviewed.

They worked very hard to complete our kitchen specially cabinets.our kitchen looks nice and have more space.they charged us according to our budget.we will hire them again if we have to and recommend to others. Ashok & Rina.
