Overall I am happy with the work.

Had our Spanish-style bathroom re-tiled. David was great in giving the estimate and ensuring the end result fit with the character of the house. Sherri was great at keeping me informed of project progress. I'd highly recommend them! The final product looks amazing.

Terrible experience. No supervision, no communication. 4 week job turned into 17 weeks. Everything had to be redone multiple times. Door guy out 6 times for 2 doors, Stucco guy out 7 times to get the job done right. Even the painters had to come back. 2 week period no one showed up. I had to get Service Magic involved to get them to come out to finish job. They voided the warrenty on new front door due to error. Now they will not honor their warrenty and I have counters cracking, window that wont close and tiles loose because floor was not leveled. I could go on for hours. No cleanup, No final walkthru. Owner got verbally abusive too.

got in this project knowing the customer had a terrible experience with a prior wanna-be contractor that used a large amount of the projects funds for not much, there was few delays with her subs kitchen cabinet and plumbing fixtures due to unprofessional order by previous contractor, above all we had to deal with two large dogs on the job site that was very hard to control , we came back more than a dozen times to repair and fix some items that are related to the project , we agreed to satisfied the customer with a generous discount, customer frustration is related to her last experience, our warranty stand for our responsibility only

Bathroom was completed on time with no problems. The crew and manager were very professional and neat. The company is very honest and responsible.

Please be Aware!!!! David will use general statements in the contract. When work is not done as to how you talked about it, he'll say it's not in the contract. His electrician started drilling holes for light fixtures. They were in the wrong locations, so I had to pay an additional $185 to correct them. David told me he was not a designer, it wasn't his fault his guy drilled incorrectly. David installed a tankless water heater. He left many holes in the stucco. I hired someone else to patch them. The new hire said they did a terrible job using drywall exposed to the exterior. David and his crew are nice guys but I would not recommend.

They should talk more between their other workers. Electrician measured everything wrong. I still can not open my bathroom cabinet without first turning off the water in the sink. Cabinet hung to low due to where electrician installed box for lights that went above mirror, also one of the workers had to move electric plugs so the cabinet could be centered. All this work could have been done correctly with a little communication and a tape measure..

Great people to work with! Good quality material and workmanship. Even when tub enclosure had a slight problem after the installation, they came back gladly and politely and corrected the problem right away.
