Very professional and overall a positive experience. Project took about the same time as estimated. Showed up every time they said they would and on time. Cleaned up daily. Only small issue is on last day not sure they intended to clean up (as in sweep and remove smaller trash items) or clean up all the drips--one side of house had lots of drips on pavers and concrete and I had to point them out to ask for the painters to remove the drips before they left at the end of the project. Had to provide my own broom and dust pan for them to sweep up. Not an issue there except it indicates that they would not likely have cleaned otherwise.

They have a very good understanding of what a client expects, and they make efforts to meet their clients needs and demand. The crew was very organized and the management team was professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

the overall job was good. At the beginning I showed them the areas that I was most concerned with and needed preparation before painting, I found those areas not done correctly and I had them redone. I was a little disappointed. In terms of preparing the room and make sure paint doesn't get to the places it shouldn't have such as mirrors in the bathrooms, they did not do a good job covering and I had to go and clean them up. the painters are hard working and on time. It took them longer to finish however but I will use them again in future.

Customer has hired IM painting for additional family members painting. We immediately addressed all of the customers needs including painting all rooms of the house in a room by room method. No room was started until each room was completed.

IM Painting did an outstanding job of restaining my weathered oversized front door. John contacted me very soon after I entered my request and subsequently came by to estimate the project. As requested, the job was complete in 3 days and the entire process was very professional. I would highly recommend IM Painting and will like call them again for any related services.
