Randy was great to work with over the phone, and when he started the job, he encountered some conditions I was not aware of. For a small additional charge, he corrected both situations to make the wall mount installation safe, sturdy, and to my kids liking. I would definitely use him again!!

I called Impel for an emergency mounting job. They were out the very next day! What I wanted done was well beyond what I expressed over the phone. They were prepared for all of my changes and patient during my indecisiveness. No complaints at all!!!!

Project: Install, Repair, or Conceal Home Theater Wiring
What a professional service; came in on time; install the TV and other equipment. Did more than he was suppose to do but charged the same since he has quoted us already. My wife met Randy and she was very please with the way he converse with her. I am planning to use him again to install my TV and stereo equipment in the basement. I highly recommend Randy.

Randy was very professional. Randy was very efficient. Randy contacted me 30 minutes later after I had submitted my service magic request. Randy did a great job on my gutters. I was also very impressed with his workmanship. I would definitely refer Randy to my friends or co-workers.

He had good advise on mounting the wall mount. Impel showed up on time and did a professional job on the install. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to mount a tv on the wall.
