Luz performed a moving-in cleaning for us. She was quite thorough and conscientious, though she missed a couple of places, like the door of the dishwasher and a few drawers. She did a great job in the bathrooms.

Luz is a very friendly, easy to talk to hard worker. I feel very comfortable with her and appreciate the great job she is doing for me.

I was very clear about what I wanted when they came out to give me an estimate. I wanted a very thorough cleaning - and specified about millwork, etc. I have been ill, so the house was overdue. I told them that windows and chandeliers and carpet cleaning would be contracted separately. Despite that, this should have been a day's work for two people. She agreed, but thought she could do it in half a day. Instead, they called it "done" in 2 1/2 hours. What I got was a marginal standard cleaning, not a thorough cleaning. Corners and baseboards were missed. Cobwebs were ignored. Because the office was laden with papers, they didn't touch it - no vacuum, dusting or window sills. There was no offer to reduce the amount charged.

Was a wonderful job we did for this house had been dirty of nicotine everywhere, everything was yellow and beyond repairing. The time didn't mean anything we are fast and professional, it was 2 profesionals working that means 6 regular hours of hard scrubbing from top to bottom hands on. Customer would not pay additional cost to clean the remainder of house. This job was in 2006.

The showed up on time, were professional, and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again should I ever need it.

They were very professional and did such a wonderful job I will use them in the future! They were very nice and a 2 person team got my really dirty house sparkling from top to bottom.

I moved into a older home and wanted it cleaned to move in condition. I expected cupboards, walls, shelves to be wiped down and cleaned. There were still cobwebs on the walls and ceiling when they were finished. Top of the frig was still dirty. They didn't do the job I expected to be done.

Was a house that in 35 years was never cleaned, we cannot do magic, that would take someone else' specialty there. This job was in 2005
