Erik his brother and his father were very responsive, reliable and competitive. I would hire them again without question. They even responded the next day when I wanted a little touch up woprk done. Excellent service.

Erik Sims and IES did an amazing job with our entryway project! After our initial conversation, they came out the same day to meet with us, discuss our needs, and submitted a quote within a couple of hours! Their pricing was reasonable in comparison to the other contractors who looked at our job. The finished product is exactly what we were looking for...Erik and his team even helped provide some recommendations on design. The best part about IES is they do what they say...and even came out to our house after the job was done to make sure we were 100% satisfied! I will be calling on Erik for many other projects in our home! Thank you!

Project: Build or Replace Wheelchair Ramps
Erik asked outstanding questions to understand exactly what we were trying to accomplish. Once he understood, he proposed a creative solution that met our requirements in a very cost effective manner. Erik worked us in to his schedule based on the urgency of our situation. He built a solid, attractive ramp and was very concientious in all of our interactions. I would definitely recommend Erik and his company to my friends and I will work with him again.

Erik Sims called before I had even finished putting my info into the computer...! And he was dealing with family health issues, so I was very impressed at his responsiveness. We needed a custom screen/storm door due to the size and Erik came over, measured everything and gave me a price which was more reasonable than several of the other companies. He and his brother came over and workd on getting the door just right, in spite of it taking 3 trips due to weather delays. He is very personable and accomodating...we are very pleased with the door! In fact, we will be having Erik do some additional work for us...would highly recommend!

I am extremely pleased with the jobs that were done.......Erik and the guys came in and completed everything on time and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely have them come back and attack the other projects i have around the house. Thanks again!!
