They worked with me to get the flooring done in a timely manner so I could move in. The price was competitive and the workers worked late into the evening to help finish the job. The two negatives is the workers didn't totally pick up after themselves - they left some garbage and some sawdust. Also, they did not switch the electrical back the way it was before they came, so the next day when it was almost 95 we could not get our air conditioner to work (because it was disconnected from the electrical). Overall our floors look awesome and I would recommend them.

The service was wonderful, my floor is like new again, they arrived on time finished on time and there was not a speck of dust after the job was done they were very polite and worked very hard. I have two more rooms that I will be calling them back to do and I will be recommending them to my friends and co-workers.

Colin kept all appointments and charges were good and did a very nice job in excellent timing. He was knowledgeable and I already hired him to do a second job that is also now completed. He will remain in my book for future work and any 'touch ups' that may be needed in my rental units.

GREAT work!!! I am so happy with the work! Once it was done I could not believe my eyes. The floors look brand new. I would use this company over and over again! There is no reason to use anyone else.

He was very timely and professional. We had a tenant moving in and needed the work done right away. They knew our concerns and had the floors done in 2 days. And the floors looked beautiful.

Calin came out to give an estimate and his attention to detail on what needed to be done was what made me know I needed him to fix my floors. Him and his team came out to replaced part of my floor & then sand and seal the entire floor. My floors are gorgeous, it looks like I have a whole new floors! They were beyond professional. Everything was done on time and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right!

I hired IC Custom Construction to re-finish my hardwood floor on the first floor and install new hardwood in the 4 bedrooms on the second floor. They beat the lowest price, but still were able to use the highest quality material available. They did an awesome job, the floors on the first floor looked like new after re-finishing, and the second floor looked outstanding. They were very professional, experienced, clean and on-time. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
