She was so helpful and even called me back after we somehow got disconnect on the phone call to make sure I had gotten the numbers. You don't find many companies these days willing to go to the extra mile with customer service. It was truly refreshing. I used one of the referrals - Collin Creek Duct Cleaning service and they were absolutely fantastic! They were kind, professional and did an outstanding job on cleaning my vents.
