Price paid was price quoted; easy scheduling, quick call back; no nonsense; friendly & efficient

I can't be more pleased with Hydrodynamics. They beat the others on Customer Service alone. (Some of the others, didn't return calls when they said, would't show, etc.) They were prompt with all calls and appointments. The fix they recommended, I feel, was in my best interest. Didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me, etc. Got the parts fast and fixed the problem quickly. Explained what they did and even taught me a few things I didn't know about my system. No one likes the cost of repairs, but they fixed the furnace and replaced my water heater for less then what I expected to pay for fixing the furance itself.

The tech Aron who came to work on my furnace was great, i work nights so he worked around my schedule. I can say enough about what i good job he did. I just bought this house last yeah and am slowly finding out that these people never maintained anything. He didn't mind at all that i watch him work because i was curious how the furnace worked.

Immediate contact after service magic request. Scheduled with a week. Prompt, informative and thorough. Will definitely use again.

The technician (Aaron) was extremely knowledgible and worked efficiently. The problem was corrected with no further problems to date. I have already discussed him returning for the yearly service. Very pleased with this technician.

They changed the day to do the repairs and then what was really upsetting is the job took less supplies and the cost did not go down.

Hydrodynamics was very up front and honest with customer, we provided a FLAT RATE PRICE, which was acccepted by the customer 2 days prior to starting the project, we stand behind the price that was agreed upon, the project took an ADDITIONAL 2 hours, but because of flat rate pricing the customer was protected, she was not charged any additional monies other than what was agreeed upon.
