Project: Clean a Roof
Mark did an excellent job, removing the moss and cleaning the roof. He arrived and worked for 6 hours until the project was done. He cleaned up the area after he was finished, replacing the items he had moved. The roof looks beautiful. He also was kind enough to caulk a couple of places he found that might have caused a leak. We would highly recommend him.

The duct-cleaning crew were all very prompt, efficient, neat, thorough, and professional. We're not sure about the 'value' aspect as it seems a bit 'pricey', but we've never had this done before, so it's hard to judge. One promised 'freebie' - the dryer vent - was not completed, as the crew ran out of time and had to leave before dark to avoid malfunctioning trailer-tail lights issues. It might be our imaginations, but we sense the air really does 'feel' fresher and cleaner. We're gald we had this done...and we would recommend H-P P W, LLC.

He went to the location to view the job, called with an estimate and concerns, attempted to perform the task, however, the vinyl dryer hose in fact broke (one of his cautions). He called promptly to let me know what happened and charged a small fee for his time (lesser than the original quote due to the problems encountered).
