I chose to work in this industry because I grew up in a family business and love what I do, it's challenging and rewarding at the same time..I love working in Hampton Roads because Because of the change of seasons and the great families that live here..We started in this industry in 1990.We describe our business as Family owned and operated

good company did what they said they would very pricey though finished early witch i thought would happen that is why i believe the price was to much for the job

We had a great experience with Hybrid Air. They were punctual at all appointments from initial consultation to installation. They called to let us know they were on the way. We appreciated Aaron's easy going and understanding manner. When I e-mailed a question to Aaron the company President also followed up to make sure we had received our answer. The price quoted was less than our other quotes for a system of comparable quality. The installation team of Tim and David did a great job and worked hard the whole time including the second day when they worked from 9:15am to 7:30pm without breaks to get the job done. Highly recommend.

after getting 3 estimates and talking to each about the job, Hybrid Air was by far the best value and offered excellent workers and completed the job on time. Nice people to deal with and I have already recommened them to other satisfied customers

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
The professionals who came to our home did a great job and the owner seems to care about his business and reputation. However, the main problem we had with company was with their lack of communication with each other. My wife stayed home an entire day for the service tech, and he never showed up or called. My father waited at our home for us for the initial install, was here at the specified time, and the techs were hours late. He called the shop, and they then told him that the time had been changed, but they never called us to tell us that. That is our only issue with this company. They have responded to all other issues that we've had.
