Called right away, did a thorough job. Our furnace cleaner spent almost 4 hours cleaning, so he must have done a great job!

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
They did a fine job, and they were honest in their assessment of what needed to be done. We asked how much it would cost to replace the whole system, and our technician gave a price but said it wasn't necessary to replace the whole system. They had to order parts, which took a 1 1/2 weeks for the parts to come in, but they were new and not refurbished junk. While I waited for the parts to come in, they offered temporary A/C. I would call them again if we have problems with our A/C.

My air exchanger was leaking and need to be replaced. Called Hybrid Air on a Thursday and had the entire inside/outside unit replaced the next day. Price was no real bargain but was comparable to others. Customer service was great. Would hire them again.

Excellent communication via phone and email. Dale in the office was wonderful. The tech was knowledgeable and thourough. I am very pleased and they are now in my speed dial. The probably saved me over $2000 by repairing rather than replacing my air conditioning compressor.

Trey did a great job. Our AC is working well now. You might want to supply your technicians with those paper booties so that after they've used the hose in the yard, they're not tracking muck into the house! No real damage, just a little vacuuming!

Well things started out bad dealing with Hybrid. The repair man showed up to my house without a ladder. Why he would show up to a job without a ladder is beyond me! Then he said somebody would come back the next day and look at my furnace but nobody showed up. So I called the office and complained. A tech came out the folllowing day and look at my furnace. To make a long story short. I had to get a new furnance. They did a good job with the install and gave me a fancy thermostat to go with it. I would use them again if I had to.
