Geoff is highly skilled and did a top quality job. He contacted me right away and after reviewing the job, provided an estimate and explained exactly what steps he was taking to solve the problems. He was the only one that went the extra mile to really investigate and get to the bottom of my problem. Although, not resolved yet as of this writing we are on our way and I am confident that you cannot go wrong with this company.

The overall project was completed in accordance with what was discussed during the initial consultation. Contractor's hourly rate is not the cheapest, but he did a good job. My only complaint is that the contractor tends to talk a lot while he's working on the project. I think the project could have been completed an hour or two earlier if the contractor didn't talk so much (contractor charges by the hour). Overall, I was satisfied with the contractor's work.

This customer was charged $150. less then was first discussed for my day rate,and was not charged for my lunch time or any TALK Time.I actually reduced my hourly rate for this customer.I also took care as not to damage any flooring and cleaned up after myself.

Geoff was extremely knowledgable about every aspect of renovations. He gave us a wide ranging view of issues, potential issues and workarounds. What was most impressive about this is he felt we should get other professionals involved which we did. Three highly rated, very expensive engineers from three firms came out to give their reviews and in some cases used specialize equipment to make their assesments. In every case Geoff was exactly correct in what he thought was going on. We live in a swamp, near a mine and there were foundation issues, gutter issues, sprinkler systems and several other dynamics.
