Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
I would of given five stars had the management not been calling and complaining on the time. It should not be at the customers expense if the crew has poor time management. The service missed an entire bathroom, and office. I had the crew come back in to clean those two rooms. This was on my initial deep clean were I was told they touch everything in my house and the job would take six to seven hours. Come to find out they don't do Windows, and its what they can touch in three hours. After talking to management about my concerns they tried blaming me the customer now they get half a star.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
Two cleaners came, one was more experienced than the other. They were fine, but didn't really LOOK for stuff....the house was pretty clean (great renters left it clean!), and I felt like they could have done a faster job. It appeared that they just did their "normal routine", even though some things didn't need cleaning, but then they missed some "deep" cleaning items that I had to draw their attention to.

The service was excellent. My house has NEVER looked better. The girls were friendly and polite and did a fabulous job. Well worth the money. I would recommend Hubbard's to every one. Completed delighted!

THE LADIES ARE VERY WILLING TO SATISFY. AT THE END OF EACH CLEANING THEY ASK ME TO SEE IF EVERYTHING IS OK AND IF NOT THEY CORRECT IT IMMEDIATELY. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT WASTE ANYTIME.

Debbie and her ladies perform a caring and complete cleaning of our home. We have many pieces of Antique Furniture and they are both gentle and thorough in the cleaning and/or dusting of them. We appreciate them, and our home looks and smells fresh when they leave. They are a pleasant group and we enjoy having their company while they clean. They are also very understanding if it is necessary to change a date or time if we have an emergency or other unexpected happenings. Sincerely, Bernice W.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
I want to rate them but have not seen the house since it has been cleaned. I have scheduled them for 3 additional cleanings throughout the summer. I will be able to rate them better the end of July when someone has seen the house. Overall their prices are very reasonable and Nicole has been very helpful and cooperative in getting my dates scheduled.
