Although the price was high to do the repair, it was an emergency. The plumber did a great job and was very professional. The job was completed very quick as he had all of the parts he needed with him.

It took 2 visits to fix teh problem...After teh first fix a test should have been run before leaving but we were all tired and cold ....The problem was not fixed until the 2nd visit

We used this company to replace our boiler. This was an urgent replace but they were understanding when we said we had to get competitive quotes. They were competitively priced so we went with them. They even provided us with space heaters for the day and night while they installed the new boiler. I will continue to go back to this company to service/maintain the boiler in the future.

He came and fixed the toilet so that it would work. However, the toilet is very old and some of the parts do not work as well as they should. He is coming tomorrow to remove the old toilet and to install a new one. At least I have a toilet to use until tomorrow!

They were very professional. Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. The tech changed the defective part and had my heat on within a few minutes. The price was very reasonable.

Project: Install a Radiant Floor Heating System
I would like to clarify that I am rating only their plumbing services. The HVAC experience I had with the company was wonderful. During the installation of bathtubs, I found that you had to stay on top of them to get anything done. Nothing was ever completed in 1 trip so we found ourselves waiting for them to come back and finish their work. I think the issue is that the foreman does not communicate well with his team. Things were done incorrectly (bathtub put in wrong location) and I actually had a plumber role his eyes at me when I asked for something. We have been waiting 3 weeks for them to come fix an issue with tub (under warranty)
