Overcharge for labor. charged $500.00 just ti install a humidifier 0n my air duct. I bought everything except a little flex hose that was provided by the technician.job took about an hour to do.

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Quick to call when I placed request, and person I spoke with was helpful and assured me they would be thorough. Service person arrived on time. Took about 15 minutes total to snake the drain - and charged $200 - not worth so much $$ in my estimation. Cleaned up afterward, but failed to re-connect water softener drain hose to pipe--and I ended up paying for a service call for the water softener to figure out why there was water all over the floor 2 days later!! Not impressed with the price or completing the job (re-connecting existing hoses/pipes).

Make sure that with a Carrier furnace you provide the technician with not just serial number and model number, but also the product number. This fact forced me to be without heat over the weekend because the part couldn't be ordered.
