initial contact was professional and quick. Tech arrived on time and was unable to meet at the scheduled time called in advance. Tech was polite and cleaned up after himself. He took a short cut in draining the system which then required that he return 2x to do the job properly. He was polite on all visits and arrived when he said he would. Overall a goood experience and would use this company inthe future.

Greg was great, he showed up on time and with very little notice. I called him on Monday mornign for a repair on Monday and he was able to fit me in. He looked at the job gave me a price and we agreed on a time (in a few hours he would return). He came back changed the old part in my delta shower faucet and was on his way. He was very nice, knew his stuff and told me if I had any issues to follow-up with him. I absolutely would use him again and feel comfortable in referring him to others

Beautiful workmanship from Junior. Everyone in the company that I spoke with was very courteous and polite. However, they did not respond in a timely way to a request to return because of leak that resulted from the work. Also, their price was a bit steep compared to others.
