They came to my house on a weekend and they arrived on time, which is a huge PLUS in my book. They were very knowledgable about the problems I might be facing with my well water. They were also very personable and professional. Chris even came back to my home on a Sunday and trudged around in the snow to locate the pump so that he cound submit a true sample of the well water.
