He showed me his plans and <br />pointed out to me the current building codes <br />and changes that would have to be incorpated <br />in the project I want to accomplish. But with Mr. Hrivanak input we have decide  the project is not possible with out a great deal more investment (with a poor returned on investment).We are now going to finish a few of the projects we have going and put our house on the market late this year or next spring.
