Howell's was initially very attentive in that I received a phone call within a few hours of registering on the Service Magic site. They were a bit slow in actually scheduling the work (almost 2 months passed between the initial contact and building the composite deck) but the price was reasonable and the final outcome outstanding!

We did have a delay on this project scheduling the start date but this was mostly due to searching out and finding the exact material and color choice options that were availible and to allow the owner time to make her selection free from any pressure on our part. Kevin Ralphs from Howell's did a great job with our landscaping. He did everything we wanted to get our house ready to sell and at a very good price. I would recommend him to anyone and we will probably call him again once we buy a new house.

The yard cleanup we asked for was done better than expected. There was only a slight delay in the work when another neighbor hired this service and the work was done before mine.

Great service, timely, professional and thorough. Managed multiple lawn and landscaping needs. Was suggestive and shared cost saving ideas. Definitely worth it, all around. Planning on having them come back for more work.

The customer service I received from Justin (the owner of Howell's Landscape Services) was excellent! He was willing to work with my schedule as well as my budget. He arrived with his crew promptly and was very professional. The job that was done was great! He is now my preferred landscaper and I would happily recommend him to anyone.
