Project: Remodel a Bathroom
We purchased a home in Maine while living in Eastern Europe. We had to find a contractor who could (and would) deal with long distance communication. We interviewed a few contractors and found Christopher to be up-front, honest, and able to give us numerous suggestions on how to attack our lengthy "Punch List" and Remodeling Projects with a fair bid. Christopher's team was excellent. We had 2 massive bookcases built, 2 bathrooms remodeled, a whole house painted, carpeting and wooden floors installed, coordination with wallpapering, etc....and all work was super. As a result of our satisfaction, we will continue to do more projects with Christopher.

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
I found Christopher very difficult to work with. He worked at his convenience with no regard for my schedule. He rarely communicated the project status and didn't seem to care if I was happy with the work or not. What should have been a 3-4 day job took four weeks to complete. During that time the skylight leaked and there was no effort made to repair the water damage. The inside trim work is rough and unprofessional. Both the ceiling and trim will require additional work.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Nice guy, but I would not recommend him based on the drywall repair he completed at my house. Perhaps he is better at other things. Fit the job in within the week, but I think I could have done just as well. I can see the drywall tape in some spots, it was not sanded down, and not vacuumed afterwards. A mess to pickup and more work that I need to do before it is finished.

Christopher was a breath of fresh air! He called that morning to confirm the job and showed up on time and ready to work. He did everything he was hired to do and was a pleasure to deal with. We plan to hire him again soon to complete other work for us. Great experience and a true professional!

Project: Hire a Handyman
In order to give me a quote to unplug the gutters he got up on the roof and in checking the gutters found and cleared the problem in about five minutes. It has rained since then and all is good. Dennis
