Household Organizer

There was some kind of miscommunication between what I wanted and what she could perform and that is why I have rated her lower in Quality and Customer Service. She thought I needed to lay everything out to organize but I was more interested in getting help to find a place for everything. I would only recommend her to people who could use what she offers.

Exceptional! My wife was not supporitive of the idea of using a household organizer. Frankly, I could not explain to her exactly what to expect from this type of service. We were both very pleased with the outcome and plan to use Ms. Phillips' service again.

This organizer was great; she returned my calls and kept in contact with me all through the initial process and even afterwards to schedule another appointment. She helped me to do what I could not do..... clear out the clutter. She and I worked well together in the space we worked on together. She was punctual and courteous. The work that we did really made a difference in the overall look. I would use her again. Thank you!!!!

I just realized that I should make a comment on the notes that people leave for me. I'm sorry I've never done that before. If you read her note abovre, you will see how happy she was with our working together. I'm not sure why she put in only 3 check marks because if you look over evertything below,you'll see how happy everyone is with my work.

I am going to hire her again next week! Can't live without her!

Ruth Phillips was an excellent organizer; however, her fowl mouth was intollerable. Because she was so good, I thought I could overlook this flaw, but, in the end - I decided that my children, nor myself, needed to be subjected to such language, in my own house. The constant cursing was due to how messy things were in my home; but, if you're a home organizer consultant, then, messy people are the reason you are in business.

arrived in time,,,kept job on track...appreciated her taking part of donations to Goodwill.

I have been very happy with her work. She is very matter of fact in her work. She helps me get rude of stuff. It makes everything lovely. My husband says it is money will spent. She is very direct in her work. I will continue to use her.
