The man they sent over was older and heavey, he moved slow, worked slow and charged by the hour. I had a sink replaced, and shower handle replaced and a framed dorr installed and it took over 9 hours. If the man had moved and worked hard and it took 9 hours I wouldn't have minded but he seemed distracted by his cell phone, his family and the TV. He was very nice but when you pay someone $80 an hour you want them to work hard not half hearted.
