Project: Repair Window Frames
The folks who come out and do the quotes/estimates appear confident, but make statements about the work that are not held up by their insufficient direction to the guys who come out and do the work. They attempted to do just enough to keep the window from leaking again in their 1 year time span. It leaked later anyway. I believe they won't admit when something is out of their ability to truly fix. Perhaps window leakage is too complicated of a task. Quote 1 had a certain amount of work, had to pay more to get it fixed to meet the original promise that it would look like the other houses in our neighborhood as was required. Won't use again.

We are very impressed with the service! Quick, and reasonably priced repair was completed to roof vent seals, and spackling was done on inside ceilings where water damage occurred.

I knew what I wanted & approximately how much it would be, before the rep came out ouse Although the Rep was pleasant & polite it was apparent he felt the needed to "close the sale" My appointment was scheduled quickly but had to be rescheduled due to an employees absence due to injury. The tech, just his second day on the job, was incredibly professional & quite timely in his work. I would use House Doctors again, if necessary if I could be promised the same tech. I also would like to try to negotiate the price next time Up until now, all my home repair was done in-house but can no longer get up on a ladder. Thank you House Doctor!

Project: Repair Exterior Trim
appreciated the honesty of the estimate and method of repair. Another compnay was less than truthful and they were recommended by my insurance company USAA. I in fact recoomended my neighbor use House Doctor, since they had similar damage I did not employ House Doctor ONLY because my roof contractor covered the entire repair under the new roof warranty (new roof in April 2010)
