Guy was very personable & easy to talk to about my ideas & wishes.  He offered suggestions when asked but did not force his opinion or make me feel silly for my questions.  He was reasonable & when I wasn't exactly happy with something, he was eager to fix the problem.  A couple of minor things; there were a few days that I was expecting him at a particular time & he couldn't make it, for very legitimate reasons, however a phone call would have been all that was needed.  The other minor issue (which was easily resolved) was not paying close attention to the serial numbers on some of the fixtures.
