Project: Add or Remove Holiday Lighting- Materials provided by homeowner
Terrible. Don't hire these guys! $300 to put up 12 strands of icicle lights, including $40 for the clips. Promised a two man job -- but they worked side by side rather than splitting up and getting the job done faster. Plus, the lights are all bunched up -- they never stretched them down so we had to get a ladder and do that ourselves. And they took a 2-hour lunch break in the middle of the project! The woman I talked to, Courtney, will not return my calls.

Installer had to come back the next day because he did not turn back on the circuit breaker fully and the units were not running.

The technician I worked with was extremely professional and helpful. I felt that he did all he could to do the best job possible and at the same time keep my bill low. Excellent service!!!!

The follow-up and appointment alerts were great but the service promised did not live up to expectations. I was suppossed to have the switches for my disposal installed over my counter but they were installed under my cabinet behind the cabinet doors which makes it difficult to get to. I was never notified by the electrician that he would do this and/or to get my permission. There is no circuit at my breaker box to turn off the power to the outlets installed as promised.
