We used them for a fireplace repair in April of 2010 and were so impressed with their quality and affordability, we have now rehired them for another job! Reese is who we worked with and he was professional, courteous, prompt and very thorough. Not once during the job did I feel like he was trying to get us to do more work than was necessary in an effort to get more $. Like I said, we hired them again and there's a reason for that...TOTAL satisfaction! Would recommend Hot Box to everyone!

MIKE 732-521-3809 or 732-672-8495 fixed grout in tile shower. cost - $133; time = about 2 hours I am very pleased with the results. He, himself, was very pleasant, polite. I was comfortable dealing with him. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or use his services again if I so required.

Project: Clean and Inspect a Chimney or Fireplace
HotBox responded to my request for a fireplace inspection and cleaning within 1 hour of my call. They explained exactly what their inspection entailed (none of the competitors I spoke to did that). Frank called ahead to let me know that because of traffic he was running late by 15 minutes and he showed up exactly at that time. He told me I didn't need a cleaning and saved me a lot of $ there. He was very friendly, explained the inspection report to me in detail even though everything checked out fine, and everything was clean when he left. He was here for 15-20 minutes and it cost $75 + tax (slightly lower than the others quoted me).
