Owner, Mr. J.r. Horton arrived at my home promptly, and ready to get to work. He has a great personality and professional attitude. This customer was great, they even remove the snow/frozen snow in the area for me to place my ladder safely. This was very helpful considering I had to carry a storm window up the ladder so I could install it. I would be more than glad to do more work for them in the future.

The finished decorative trim is beautiful and adds a whole new dimension to the room.

The job in question was to strip and re-stain their front door. Upon stripping the door I realized what poor quality it was. It was a paint grade door at best full of rot and mold. I notified the customer and suggested they show the door to the company they purchased it from, which they did. They let the company refinish the door. The job was not completed because I was not given the opportunity to complete it. Also, despite what their review says, I absolutely was not paid for my time and supplies to strip the finish off the door.
