Pro provided excellent service and follow up. We had some hidden dry rot damage, which we were expecting, and Pro provided a quote to make the necessary repairs. He was able to complete the repairs at a cost lower than his bid and completed all work on time, and as promised. I would highly recommend Horizon Roofing and would not hesitate to use them again.

The contractor showed up when he was supposed to. I was not around to see the work done, but when I came back from my trip, everything was fine. He followed up with some phone calls, and I looked at the roof, everything was ok fine as specified.

Everybody was courteous and prompt. The workers did forget to bring a few extra things for back-up in case a tool failed. The job looks good and time will tell how good. The paper work was a little confusing but we got it all straightened out.

I have had problems for almost three years with my roof. Pro came out within a day of my request to look at my roof. He provided video footage; a detailed plan to fix the problem; website for the product he wanted to install; and even drew pictures so that I could understand exactly what he was proposing. He was by far the most thorough professional I have worked with. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

The roof was done in a professional manner on budget. The crew came and went quickly, curtiously, and cleaned up after themselves. The roof has made a great improvement to the appearance of our home. The materials used were better than we anticiapated. We will be calling upon Pro again to do our gutters in the future.

Horizon Roofing replaced the membrane for the flat roof on my garage which included replacing a number of the boards and modifying the gutter system. They worked around my schedule to meet my needs. It all went pretty smoothly considering the job & conditions they faced.
