I really appreciated the fact that they were able to come to my condo the same day I called. He told me he would be there between 1 and 3PM. Didn't show up until 3:30. Was very helpful. Took the time explain alot to me. took the extra step to label my exterior AC unit to make it easier the next time it needs service.

I appreciated the fact that they told me to check the fuse box first. The came out at a time that was convenient for me and did the job quickly. It was a fuse inside the air conditioner.

One week since Horizon restored our A/C (heat pump) to working order, and so far so good. It turned out a fuse was blown. Eugene fixed it promptly and efficiently, helpfully answering my endless questions on various aspects of the system so I could educate my untutored brain on the subject of cooling systems. The cost was reasonable based on what I was quoted by other repair companies, he showed up well within the time-frame agreed and didn't waste time. We'll definitely call on his services in the future (hopefully, not too soon).

Seemed to do a good job, however, I had not been informed that my dogs would need to be put away for the duration of the visit, which was almost two hours. My dogs are used to having their freedom, and were scratching at the doors to come in the entire time, making those few hours very stressful.

Mr Scott was very knowledgeable and my initial conversation with him to get the estimate gave me confidence that the job would be done efficiently and correctly. The installers arrived a little late (about 45 min), but then everything went smoothly. They cleaned up thoroughly after the work.

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
Horizon Heating & AC replaced my furnace, coil, and outside AC unit in my townhome. They beat the competitors prices by a signficant margin (25-30%) and the work was done on time. The technicians were courteous and respectful of my home and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend contacting them for any heating or cooling needs.
