Ray was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and clean. He took his shoes off without me even asking him! He didn't try & upsell me & was prompt and efficient. I am using him again to mount another TV in my home.

Ray did an excellent job mounting our TV. He came right away to give us a quote and completed the job in a timely manner. He was great to work with - extremely professional and knowledgeable and quoted us an extremely fair price. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends and family and will definitely be using his services in the future!

Ray Cumberledge of Hook Ups came out the same day I called and fixed the problem with our kitchen telephone jack. He was experienced, personable and professional. I will hire again to do another job I have.

Ray was extremely responsive in getting back to me, coming to our house to help with a job that wasn't terribly big (ended up replacing a blown amplifier in our modest home sound system), and then arranging the fix at a very reasonable price. I would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend that others to the same. With the shift in the market to the big box retailers, Ray provides the missing link -- service.

Ray did an excellent job on our wall mount tv installation and related projects. Ray was professional, punctual, his work was neat w/out mess, and his prices were fair. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
