They gave us a start time for each day and sometimes they were there at that time and sometimes not. One day they didn't show up and didn't call, I had to call them. Completed project in projected time. Workmanship is good. Love the floor. There is still a spot, which looks like a nail head coming through the wall that they never took care of, even though I reminded them and they signed off that they took care of it. This needs to be fixed. Need to clean up everyday, which they didn't.

Overall it was good, however it seemed there were conversations about the what the home owner had done that were unnecessary critiqued. I also think the same thing the home owner was criticized for the contractor did the same thing, for instance not checking the owner furnished fixtures until it was ready for installation thus causing additional costs that could have been mitigated.
