Outstanding! Do NOT overlook Honest Exteriors when considering contractors estimates for your roof and gutter project. Rick Stearns (CEO) showed up immediately for free estimate. He explained the entire process, including initial funding, delivery of roofing material, arrival of roofing crew, removal of old shingles and associated debris, installation of new roof, replacement of facia and gutters to final inspection and completion certification. Alside supplied the roofing materials and was extremely careful not to damage lawn and driveway when placing shingles on roof. Took two(2) days to remove 96 square(double layer) and install 48 Square.

I’m very pleased with the service and craftsmanship provided by Honest Exteriors. With very little notice, Rick was able to schedule my work almost immediately. I used Honest Exteriors to roof and side an addition to my home. They also did gutters and downspouts. Rick did a good job scheduling around bad weather and my schedule. I also appreciated his prompt returning of email, txt messaging, or voicemail. I had a couple minor issues that had to be fixed. Rick made sure both items were attended to and corrected in a timely fashion. Bottom line – yes, I’d hire them again.

Sorry I am late getting this done. The roof looks great. My dad is very happy with the results and was please on how well the debris from teh old roof was well taken care of and no mess remaining. Thank you.

Rick, I am pleased with the end product however the path to get there was not the best. Key in what you all sold was supervision would be on site for the work, however for the the first two days there was no supervision. the quality of the work for the fron half of the roof was not acceptable. After I involved you, then the task was easy and the quality of the work was good. Original product should be the saem without your involvement. Thanks for your help, Vic

I was concerned with the name "Honest Exteriors" that they would. It live up to their name but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone from Joe in sales, Rick in Finance/scheduling, and Carlos and his team of installers were absolutely fantastic. High quality work for a very reasonable price (and I shopped the work around quite a bit). I can't recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again!

Quality got 4.5 only because the job had a follow-up. BUT it was made correct WITHOUT issue and in a very timely manner. Otherwise Quality was a 5.0.
