The 2 gentlemen that installed the insulation went out of their way to find a way to blow the insulation into the back of my attic as it is just a small crawl space. They were very inventive and managed to get the job done. They took photos of the work as they went along so I could see that they really did cover all my attic space. Great job guys!!

Customer service before the estimate was wonderful. Since we agreed to have them do the job we would have preferred better communication. Very thorough and good pricing.

After several phone calls, all from me and none returned by them, and after several missed appointments, I finally got most of the work done that they were hired to do. I hired another company to do the remaining work.

Sales team was very nice but when it came time for installation there were issues. Doors were not installed when I was told it would be; I had to call too many times to find out what was going on; there was no coordination between departments for doors and gutter work; when the doors were installed the wrong screen size was sent so I had to wait a few more weeks for that to get installed when I was told it should just be a few days; work would get scheduled and then workers did not show up and I was not notified until I had to call and ask where they were; felt like in the end John Zubrin was rude and just wanted to collect my money.

There is not enough space to explain my displeasure here. Due to the hour of the evening when they were finished (8;00 PM) I did not see the mess they left in my yard, the neighbor's yard, the sidewalk and gutters of the street in front of my house. I called and I'm still waiting for them to clean it up for me.

We are under new ownership, we have contacted this consumer with our appologies and offered a reduced rate for future work. When we spoke with this consumer she was happy with the overall quality and workmanship but wasn't pleased with the clean up.

Salesman was knowledgeable and professional. Product was really good. BUT .. the installers were 3-1/2 hour late getting here due to a mix-up when they picked up the order. I had to call the office 3 times to see when they were going to arrive. BUT when they did arrive, the work was done in a very professional manner. The gentlemen worked consistently and cleaned up so good that I never knew they were here. I spoke with the scheduler to remind the company that if the workmen were going to be arriving late, that they should call the customer and let them know.

I never got to meet p with them I went with Sears and I am sorry I did. I cannot believe the red tape involed with Sears and the personal information they want for someone that is paying bill through checking account. It has been 2 weeks and we are still playing tag. I don't know at this what what is going on.
