Quick and efficient work.

Very complex project involving lots of people, lots of steps and needing a licensed electrician and ComEd to all work together. They were very cooperative as there were a couple of false starts.

Our bathroom remodeling project took over two times longer than estimated. Supervision over our project was not very good. There was no six month follow-up as promised. Hire your own plumber.

Having a professional company was much nicer than a small guy I had before for some work. The work was done alright, the clean up was not so great.

They showed up late, complained about the price that they quoted me (apparently, the person who quoted the work under estimated). Some of the work was being done by a kid. Every little thing the contractor could complain about, he did. I asked for an estimate on some related work and it was way too expensive so I didn't go with it. In the end the work was completed, but it was more of a chore than a happy experience.

Very responsive, showed up and did everything we discussed. Job was well done and within time agreed upon.

Their response for a quote was very quick. Unfortunately the job was too large for them.

We would have loved to do this job, but it is important to know when something is beyond the capabilities of your equipment. This request was for a large commercial light installation. This was a safety first issue for us. Thanks for the opportunity.

the phone contacts were fantastic, keeping us up to date with the project and Bob's carpentry skills were more than capable of dealing with our project on a very old home.

Bob showed up almost an hour late (I had to call and check if he was coming), spent half an hour getting supplies at the nearby Ace, and could only repair 2 of 3 windows (needed parts he couldn't get). He installed chains in those 2 and now they open but not as smoothly as all my other windows (he blamed frame construction). Certainly not "wowed" by service, more of an "eh."

Came on time and did a careful good job planing several doors. I got a follow up phone call a day or two later, which was nice. $85/hr seems a little steep for a "handyman", but maybe not.
