First and most importantly is the fact I truly believe they are an honest reputable company. They do good work and you get exactly what your contract says they will do. They are not the cheapest, but I think their ethics and work make them the best.

Workman were professional and did aa overall good job, however even after contacting company twice, never came back and fixed caulking on outside of windows that building inspector wrote up so not pleased with their follow thru on work done.

Windows are great but would have preferred better communication during the installment process. The lumber they used to adjust the size of the window was lumber I had set aside for another project and was used without asking. A lack in communication, but the work was good.

Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. They took very good care of the surrounding work area and removed all debris. The did a great job and we look forward to many years of usage and enjoyment of the sun room.

you did a good job, but not a proffesional job. I explained to the 2 guys that came back mondat, that when a customer pays a quality price for a quality product he expects a quality workmanship. not a job they have to come back and do it right. WHY IS IT THERE'S NEVER ENOUGH TIME TO DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, BUT THERE'S ALWAYS ENOUGH TIME TO DO IT OVER! THANKS

Hometown Contractors were very professional. The estimate given was fast and fair with no gimmicks or phony offers. All workers handled themselves in a professional and curtious manner. Windows were installed quickly with no debris left around the house. My windows look great.
