City: Chesterfield Project: Major Home Repairs (General Contractor) They are new home builders not renovators. <br /> <br />They took three times as long as they stated they would take and two times longer than we gave them in the contract to… Read Complete Rating They are new home builders not renovators. <br /> <br />They took three times as long as they stated they would take and two times longer than we gave them in the contract to complete the project.  The home was left unprotected during a storm twice and water penetrated inside soaking the insulation, drywall and carpet.  Care was not taken removing trim and it was thrown around or snapped in half. We continuously had to notify the project manager about issues with the construction because he rarely inspected the work.  Any stars provided is because the new work performed by their carpenters was excellent.  They were very courteous to everyone.
