We've just finished step one of a much larger project but I plan to use Bob's service again throughout the remodel. Very organized, personable and attention to detail.

Thought I was getting a good deal. He was willing to negotiate the price but in the end parts of the build where left out. I had to call several times to find out if he was going to complete the project or not, he said he would credit me instead of finishing what was in the contract. Once the framing was up I was the one that had to do all the calling, I only heard from Bob when it was time for the final payment.

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction & we work w/our customers w/any situation. This was an $18000 project that we worked w/the customer to get it down to a $10,500 contract that allowed the customer to do the rest of the work after the framing was done which he was happy with. There was a miscommunication when we signed the Contract that he would get a $613 credit for 25' of gutter & sheetrock which he got when we settled up. We did finish this project in a timely matter & did some extras that we did not charge for. We pride ourselves on working w/customers in every way so they are satisfied & will refer us to family & friends.

Bob was wonderful, his workmanship is excellent and his attention to detail phenomenal!! He was very professional and even finished right on budget! I would highly recommend Bob Hecker for any remodel or home building!
