Knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. I signed up for more than I expected to pay and unfortunately did not get all of the promises documented in the contract. Shame on me. Their clean-up was sub-par but the finished product was acceptable.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
The quote for my roofing job was a good one. I was told there was a possibility the price could increase a bit if wood needed to be replaced. After my roof was torn up the first day, I got a call saying the job would now cost 30% more for extra wood/labor and I was expected to come up with this extra money that evening, before the job was even completed. As a second portion of the job was being completed, contractor sat in his vehicle in front of my house for two hours so that he could receive payment immediately. To get the job he offered to so some extra work that has yet to be done. Don't feel good about this job.

We were impressed by the fast response to our solicitation. They called us Friday evening, came out on Saturday for estimate and installed our new roof on the following Thursday and finished the project on Friday afternoon. Mike was the Superintendent and was very down to earth, upfront, and knowledgeable about our project. Only frustration is they showed up three (3) hours late on the first day of our two day project... but, the next morning the work crew was here at 8:00 a.m. to complete the project. Overall, I would say Homeworld, LLC is a company that cares about the work they do and pleasing the customer.

They followed up promptly, got right on the job and got it done. I've never been on my roof, so I really can't judge well the before and after. The work looks good from what I can see. I recalled an xyz price for the work, and I agreed to it, then they wrote up a contract on the spot that was higher than my recollections. They said they didn't quibble about nickles and dimes, but they didn't see it my way on nickles and dimes. They said roof had a 15 year warranty. I've gotten nothing yet in writing on that. They rushed to collect payment when the job was done. This was the only service master contact I got, and they knew it.
