Project: New Windows - Multiple
They are currently doing the installation. We had a minor scheduling issue which was resolved. One casement window opened from the wrong side and they promised to replace it, with no issue. The whole ordering, contract, fabrication phases went very well. The installers are competent, clean up after themselves, are courteous and careful of our property.

Sales people were professional, prompt and did what they said they were going to do.Installer was prompt, professional but didn't have any credentials on him to identify that he worked for Home Visions, Inc. I had to ask for a final invoice - it was emailed to me promptly. Seemed expensive but we were only doing a small job and were just thankful that they were willing to take on the job quickly.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
The job turned out to be more complicated than expected. They replaced 21 rotted sub roof panels. They were efficient, professional and clean...and did some minor tasks that were not expected....and all in one day. We are definitely pleased.

Justin was very honest & upfront. He heard our concerns & fears, and he responded positively & professionally. The installers were well mannered, cleaned up afterwards, and did a most professional job. The one question I had with the front office was answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Great job.

This company was GREAT!! The sales people were very helpful and willing to work around my schedule. The instalation crew was very clean and worked quickly, I was able to get all six windows relplaced in one day!
