As a first time buyer, I was so pleased I found Ron. Ron was very helpful, took more then enough time to point out & explain the problems that we had, & gave me tips on how to take care of my home. They really rushed through the process. Unable to see what they actually inspected, since there was a young assistant who went off on his own. Their price was higher than competitors.

with my team inspection, yes the inspection does move along versus a single inspector. however we also inspect more items with two people in half the time, youg assistant has done 4,500 inspections to date. If you had a lower price and can show me that on an email I will gladly refund the difference, I have a price gaurantee policy.

The report was provided as promised. The job was satisfactory. What prevented me from rating him very good is he wasn't able to enter my crawlspace because a lock was on the door. I was perplexed why the inspector didn't ask the realtor for the key to enter the crawl space. The realtor was there at the house and all he had to do was ask her. The realtor said he didn't ask for it. That was one of the areas of the house that was important to be inspected but it didn't occur. I sent an email and commented about the key but I did not get a response.

We go in to every crawlspace we have safe access to. This crawlspace was locked, The agent on-site stated to me she did not have the key. I did respond to your email & would have been happy to meet you at the property to inspect the crawspace. No has ever called me back.

Yes, our TEAM approach to home inspection does move the along the inspection. Over whelmingly my clients love my teak inspection which makes things more thourough but also very time efficient.

HTI was very fast and responsive.
