He proceeded through the house w/o talking to me about the things that he found, or giving me any idea of whether the inspection was even going well or not. He did not give me a life expectancy of the appliances, roof, or HVAC unit. Also, didn't give detailed explanations when I asked him questions. He turned the water on and the basement flooded, cost $700 to fix and he would not assume any liability, eventhough he said he shouldn't have done it. Offered home inspection free of charge because he "felt bad", but only if I signed a waiver saying he was not liable. RUN!! Rating: Provided By: Artis M.
